Media & Assets

Manage your business media in one central library and reuse images, videos, documents, and other assets across your AI agents, workflows, Inbox, and supported communication channels.

Media Library

Using the Media Library

The Media Library gives your workspace one central place to upload and manage reusable media. Add images, videos, PDFs, and other supported files once, then use them across your AI agents, workflows, Inbox, Quick Replies, and supported channels. BotSkyrik uses the name and description of each asset to help identify the right media when it is needed.
